Currently we service clients in the power generation, boiler and burner manufacturing, petrochemical, metallurgical, engineering and other manufacturing verticals. These are fast-evolving sectors where new processing technologies are constantly being developed. Safe-Fire keeps pace with emerging trends and we have the confidence to take our products into new markets that stretch our expertise even further.

 

At any one time, Safe-Fire has numerous projects in action. We respect the privacy and commercial confidence of every Safe-Fire client.
Here are two examples of recent projects.

Mundra Sez Thermal Power Plant Project (India).

Safe-Fire won this project bid, to provide flame detection systems for 2 x 330MW utility boilers against an international field of tenders. The high temperature tolerance feature of the Safe-Fire products was the deciding factor, with no other company being able to deliver a product capable of meeting the demands of this harsh operating environment.

Bengbu Power Plant Project (China).

This project called for ignition systems for 2 x 660MW utility boilers. Safe-Fire was selected as the project partner for several reasons. Safe-Fire’s advanced design locates the solenoid valves manifold in a separate cabinet, away from the igniter body, providing better protection to the components – the client recognised the strong potential for reduced damages and maintenance burden with this feature. Safe-Fire’s jam-free action is unique among competing products, providing this client with smooth, trouble-free ignition … every time. Safe-Fire was able to promise timely delivery … while a 5-month lead time is considered the norm, Safe-Fire can deliver within a 3-month lead time.
